OPT Training and Consulting Services delivers seminar-workshops that are skills and competency-based. We focus on immediate and practical application. Each training program is embedded with workshops, guided group discussions, case study exercises and role plays. ORLY P. TUGOB

 a CPA with more than 25 years of banking experience.  As bank VP, he has examined business plans a wide spectrum of business operations.  As a result, he discovered the success formula of many organizations – continuous human resource training. He is a USAID and Asian Foundation recipient of scholarship program on Mediation in Business, Negotiation and Conflict Resolution.  As a training consultant for ITD Consulting, Holistic Training Solutions, Southeast Asia Speaker’s Bureau, Opus Ad Lucem and ARC Docendi. OPTugob has delivered various training programs to different industries for more than 10 years now.

 

As a trainer, Orly mixes humor, motivational, ‘edutainment’ and ‘storyteaching’ techniques. He collaborated in designing and delivering the Curriculum-Based Training Program to SM Mall Managers since 2008. Orly Tugob is a training facilitator for:

For two consecutive years, Orly represented the Philippines at Toastmasters International Speech Contests in San Antonio, Texas and Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.A. He won 2nd runner-up among contestants from all countries outside the United States and Canada.

 

 

Atty. MA ESMERALDA REYES CUNANAN

Legal Counsel with extensive experience in various legal aspects of the financial market; such as investment banking, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganization, insurance issues, compliance issues, trust operations, real estate, human resources and administration.

 

VICTOR P. DELA DINGCO

Professional banker, former VP of Citibank, with extensive experience in various aspects of the financial market, more particularly, Treasury and Trust Operations, Credit and Risk, Credit Cards Business, Consumer Finance, Thrift and SME Banking, Investment & Rural Banking and Business Development in general. He has developed a wide network of clients both individuals and corporate entities through affiliations with professional as well as civic and social organizations. Vic, is an advocate for the promotion of microfinance and small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Social involvement includes Rotary International and Couples For Christ.

 

RACHEL CABATO

has over 20 years as both generalist and specialist in Human Resource development.  As AVP for Human Resource in a group of 4 multi-national organization companies with 1,300 employees, the HR team that she led was responsible for Planning and Research, Recruitment and Hiring, Training and Development, Personnel Administration, and Industrial Relations.  

Her experience includes writing training manuals, designing learning exercise materials and writing personnel policy manual.  She is an executive coach both in government and in multi-national corporations.  She is a facilitator for training and development programs in the Philippines, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong and China.

36 years of experience in all aspects of banking operations:

  • First Vice-President, District Sales Director South Metro Manila District & RCBC Savings Bank Main Business Center

  • First VP, Head of Branch Banking Group - Bank of Makati

 

ANTHONY JAKE V. DURAN, CPA, CISA, CEH

Jake has more than 7 years of IT audit experience in the Utilities Company, petroleum and oil, broadcasting, semiconductor, business process outsourcing, hotel, logistics and transportation, port operations management, manufacturing, fund granting and leisure and gaming industries. He specializes in the review of IT Governance, Business Continuity Planning, IT service delivery and support, IT general controls, and business processes supported by enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications and other in-house systems. He is actively involved in the evaluation of IT risk and controls for all the terminals.

 

 

JOVEL BERNARDO M. CUARESMA, MBA, PHD

His work experience is threefold. From the academe, he has been a Professor, Associate Dean, and currently is the Director for Academic and Student Support / Registrar / QMR of Enderun Colleges Inc, the leader in International Hospitality Management in the Philippines. From the industrial sector, he was a finance manager and systems manager of various companies involved in manufacturing, overseas employment, and general services. For the government, he has been a consultant of various government agencies including the Commission on Higher Education, Philippine Overseas Employment Administration, Pag-ibig Fund and the GSIS, and the Philippine Congress.

 

ALFREDO I. PABAS, JR., CPA

With over a decade combined experience in finance and accounting, taxation, external, internal and fraud audits, internal control and US Sarbanes-Oxley Act, ISO9001, enterprise-wide risk management, formulation of policies and procedures, compliance and ethics, project management and software implementation, teaching and conducting trainings, reengineering and other related matters.
